Relax in a haven of peace. The Ubud Hanging Gardens, luxurious resort, is located in the rainforest near Payangan, a village north of Ubud, on the island of Bali (Indonesia). On nearly 3.2 acres, the site is original to be built on a sloping 45 degree slope.
Zen attitude is pervasive, down 88 steps that separate the reception of the restaurant, in the principles of Feng Shui, this number being the symbol of infinity, stability of energy. The hotel wanted to create a genuine place, magical and relaxing in the heart of the jungle. A kind of sanctuary wellness, close to the environment while respecting the latter. Bamboo is a ubiquitous material: it protects from the sun and also served for the construction of 38 villas, designated in respect of the country and in order to be integrated into nature to be as one. They all have wavy infinity pools and king size four poster beds. There are four categories: Riverside Deluxe Pool Villa (100m ²), the Panoramic Deluxe Pool Villa (100m ²), the Panoramic Pool Villa suite (160m) and 2-bedroom Duplex Family Pool Villa (160m).
In addition, a vegetable garden (orchids, exotic fuits ...) supplies the restaurant and room decor. To facilitate access of the eight levels of the resort, a funicular runs between the reception and the bar, while a second bar connects the River Café and Spa to enjoy the Ayung River.
